All credit and debit card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment gateway, via a secure server.
We also offer PayPal as a payment option.
Both payment providers utilise industry leading technology (such as SSL) to ensure your card details are safe at all times.
Ordering and Payment
You will receive e-mail notification of your payment as a receipt.
You will also be sent an e-mail to notify your payment was successful from Paypal.
Use of debit or credit cards registered outside of the UK will likely lead to failed transactions.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the
customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense.
Our system displays stock availability on the product pages in real time.
However, in the rare instance that an ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you order items with different availability times, we will ship only when your complete order becomes available.
If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each.
Should you be unhappy with either your order or service delivery, please contact our customer services team.
You will need your order number which is included in the confirmation email you received when your
order was placed.
All disputes will be subject to British law. This site is provided by Karma Designs Ltd. No oral advice or written
information given by Karma
Designs Ltd, nor its affiliates, any of their officers, directors, employees, agents,
providers, or the like, shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall Karma
Designs Ltd or any other
party involved in creating, producing, or distributing Karma Beach be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use
karmabeach.co.uk including but not
limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from
karmabeach.co.uk or that result from mistakes,
omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission,
or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction,
or unauthorised access to
karmabeach.co.uk records, programs, or services.
User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services
available through karmabeach.co.uk
You may order items from this site that must only be purchased for personal use.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to check your order and amend or correct any details.
An e-mail will be sent acknowledging your order.
Our acceptance of your order commences once your order has been dispatched.
An order may not be accepted due to any of the following reasons:
(a) Payment authorisation was declined
(b) Goods were unavailable
(c) Items not correctly described or priced
Our Returns Policy
We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your Karma Beach purchase.
If you do wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receiving the
goods for a full refund* or an exchange, as long as it's returned to us in its original , saleable condition
& packaging, with all labels and tags intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant,
hygiene strips must be in place.
Please avoid make-up coming into contact with clothing when trying them on.
We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.
* We are not able to refund 'next day' delivery costs.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
You must send your return back to us within the 14 day time period and, if not sending by recorded mail,
obtain proof of postage.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail.
The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may
take a couple of days.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Exchanges are sent out free of charge.
In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives,
then we'll be happy to replace it for you.
In the rare event that an item becomes faulty after a period of time,
then please contact customer services before returning it.
We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to a rigorous review.
