Delivery & Returns
Due to the quality and value of the products purchased on this website, all orders are sent by registered post which will require a signature. If your order is placed after 3pm it will be processed the next day and sent out for delivery within 48 hours. Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours and should arrive to a UK address the next business day. However, occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
£5 - UK (Standard recorded delivery within 2 to 5 working days)
£15 - International
Allowance should be made for orders placed on weekends and public holidays. We are not liable for loss or delayed deliveries due to matters out of our control. If any item fails to reach you please allow up to 5 working days to contact us at email@example.com
Our Returns Policy
We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your Karma Beach purchase. If you do wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receiving the goods for a full refund* or an exchange, as long as it's returned to us in its original, saleable condition & packaging, with all labels and tags intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. Please avoid make-up coming into contact with clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. You must send your return back to us within the 14 day time period and, if not sending by recorded mail, obtain proof of postage.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Exchanges are sent out free of charge. In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives, then we'll be happy to replace it for you. In the rare event that an item becomes faulty after a period of time, then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to a rigorous review.
